How we work, and how we prove it

This page explains our methodology and the evidence standard every case study has to meet before it's published — not a placeholder, and not a page of invented results.

Methodology

The same process, every project

Every engagement runs through the same nine-stage process — Discovery, Requirements, Scope, Quote, Confirmation, Execution, Review, Delivery, Support — regardless of which discipline it touches. That consistency is what makes the work reviewable after the fact, not just during it.

Evidence standards

What it takes for work to appear here

Client-authorized only

A project is never published as work here without the client's explicit, separate permission — an engagement does not imply that permission on its own.

Verifiable, not just stated

Where a metric or result is shown, it links to something a visitor can actually check — a live URL, a public source, or client-provided evidence.

No invented numbers

We do not publish traffic, revenue, or performance figures we cannot back with real evidence — an unverifiable number is left out, not estimated.

The same standard applies to Insights articles.

Case studies

Verified project work

Verified case studies will be published here as client-authorized work becomes available. Until then, the service pages above show how each discipline actually works, and the evidence standard above shows what any future case study has to meet.

Briefly describe your goal, problem, current setup, or expected outcome.

Submitting this form does not place an order or create a payment obligation — we'll follow up to scope and quote the work first.
